The Bedford Fulton Joint Recreation Authority (BFJRA) is a Pennsylvania Municipal Authority incorporated in 2018 in compliance with the Municipal Authorities Act by Bedford and Fulton Counties to operate, fund, and manage a 10.6-mile segment of the former Pennsylvania Turnpike.
