How It Works
Entering the giveaway is simple, fun, and gets you out exploring everything our region has to offer:
Step 1: Pick Up Your List - Stop by the Discover Bedford Welcome Center (131 South Juliana Street) to grab your official physical Holiday Wishlist form.
Step 2: Explore & Fill - Visit participating Bedford County merchants, browse their unique inventories, and write down your favorite items and store names on your wishlist.
Step 3: Drop Off Your Entry - Return your completed wishlist to the Welcome Center by the end of the day on November 27.
Step 4: Win Big — One grand prize winner will be drawn and announced on Small Business Saturday (November 28), taking home everything on their sheet with gift cards to their selected businesses (up to $500)!
"We spend so much time shopping online that sometimes we forget what's right in front of us. There are incredible businesses throughout this county filled with things you won't find in a big-box store. We want people to walk through those doors, meet the owners, and maybe discover a new favorite place. And if we can make someone's holiday Wishlist come true along the way, even better."
— Brooke Kelly, Executive Director, Discover Bedford County
Every purchase at a locally owned business does more than check items off your holiday shopping list; it invests directly in the people who live, work, and shape the character and vitality of Bedford County. From downtown Bedford to Everett, Breezewood, and beyond, our local merchants offer one-of-a-kind gifts that bring the holiday magic better than any online shopping.
